Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
Words whose initial letter is capitalized shall have meanings defined below, regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Employer Promotional Information
This paragraph applies only if You provide information regarding discounts and promotions Your employer provides or intends to provide on heat pumps and other electrical equipment ("Employer Promotional Information"). On behalf of Your employer and You, You agree that (1) any Employer Promotional Information will be accurate and complete, (2) Your employer will indemnify, defend, and hold the Company harmless from any claims, expenses, fees, and liabilities it incurs because of Employer Promotional Information You provide that is inaccurate or incomplete, and (3) You or Your employer will promptly notify the Company within 48 hours if any Employer Promotional Information is found to be inaccurate or the underlying promotion is canceled or its terms are changed. All such notifications shall be submitted via the contact page on the Website. The foregoing indemnity, defense, and hold harmless obligations are in addition to, and do not replace, any of the same or similar rights and obligations that otherwise exist under legal or equitable principles in the absence of an express contractual provision.
User Submissions

You understand that: (d) You will not receive compensation or other consideration for the Company's use of User Content, (e) You are responsible for any User Content You submit or contribute, (f) You, not the Company, have full responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness; and (g) We are not responsible or liable to any third party for the content or accuracy of any User Content posted by You or any other user of the Website.
