  • Display of sexually explicit or offensive materials in shared spaces.
  • Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following.
  • Unauthorized or inappropriate photography, recording, or physical contact.
  • Unwelcome sexual attention.

Violations of this policy should be reported to the event organizer or other designated The Switch Is On representative. The Switch Is On reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to unacceptable behavior, which may include removal from the activity, denial of future participation, and, if warranted, notification to the individual’s employer. Anti-Trust Compliance Statement

Anti-Trust Guidelines for Meetings with Current or Potential Competitors

As part of its commitment to ethical and lawful operations, the Switch Is On requires that all participants in its meetings adhere to antitrust and competition laws. These laws prohibit agreements or practices that unreasonably restrain trade or competition.

During any meeting involving entities that are, or could be viewed as, competitors, participants must avoid discussing or exchanging information that could be perceived as limiting competition. Specifically, participants must not discuss or agree upon:

  • Pricing, rates, or terms of sale.
  • Restrictions on the production or distribution of goods or services.
  • Allocation of customers or geographic markets.
  • Marketing strategies or plans.
  • Excluding or disadvantaging competitors or suppliers.

These restrictions apply both during formal meetings and informal interactions. Violating these guidelines could lead to significant civil and criminal penalties for individuals and their organizations.

If there is any uncertainty about the appropriateness of a discussion topic, participants should consult legal counsel before proceeding. The Switch Is On expects all participants to maintain the same level of integrity during informal conversations as they do during formal meetings.
